Airline Placement Program

I appreciate the comments and inputs that people have posted on here. I completely understand that some may be weary of this program, and the abilities to provide a valuable program to further the career of low time pilots.

Many of the comments on here are negative, and this will only help to shape and make this program more successful. Keep in mind that we will be offering scholarships and fully funded type-ratings and line training as well. Therefore, I would ask that people keep an open mind about it, as a certain number of candidates (1-2 per month) will not have to pay anything out of their pocket, but their own personal living expenses.

Thanks again for the input by everybody, and I wish the most of success to all fellow aviators within the industry.

Best Regards,

I would be willing to pay for a program that could guarantee me a path in which to make "my kind" of living in the aviation industry.

"My kind" of living is defined as - the ability to get the rest of my ratings and then a flying job without ever having to fly an airplane with a nosewheel.

I am stuck on what kind of airplane to accomplish my Multi, CMEL, CMES, and MEI in. Beech 18 would be easy to find, but not easy to master I think. A Cessna T-50 would be harder to find, and I think the single engine performance would suck (because the props don't feather). Air Cam may be the ticket, at least for the ratings (it is a taildragger AND can be on floats), but I am not sure it displays "real" engine-out characteristics (severe yaw, vicious VMC, etc).

So, if Airployment LLC could accomplish my mission and get me into the right seat of a C-46 or DC-3 at 250 hrs...then I am all in. On the other hand, Aerial Application is my dream, so I could accomplish my goal of never flying a nose-dragger that way as well.

Either way, I will be looking for a PM from Airployment LLC soon with my customized learning/ratings plan as well as a firm price. Then, all you naysayers will be sucking hind tit as I plow through the air in my taildraggers making big bucks.

Don't you dare call me a fellow aviator. You are not being cutting edge, so don't even go there. The program you want to set up already exists in Europe and Asia with ab-inito training. I guarantee you that if it comes to the states, the airlines will do just fine setting them up on their own. They did that in the 1960s actually.

I could only imagine what your agenda is, I have a great idea already, and it already scares me. The aviation world would be a better place without people like you.

But here is the most important thing:

NOBODY IS HELPING ME WITH MY GOALS!!!

I stated my goals above and they are clear. Nothing ambiguous about them. But...does anyone give a steaming pile of poop about them? NO! Does Seggy want to help? NO! Does ALPA want to help? NO! Does Doug offer guidance and help? NO! Does CitationKid, with his multi-thousands of hours of free G-V time offer help? NO!!!

Everyone is a tool.

Obama is a commie.

AirPloyment,

Actually, it is about advocating what is right and wrong in this industry. What you are doing is wrong. It is one thing to be uneducated about the industry and trying to learn, which clearly you are not. Your website is a joke (your job postings are probably being stolen off legitimate job employment websites), to say the least, and you are trying to profit in an unethical way.

So, I have no problem telling you how it is and how I feel about what you are doing.

 You have a lot of class.

You might want to go back and edit your TOS, because according to this, if I pay for a premium service you DO guarantee employment.

Copied from airployment.com TOS:

Why is everyone here so hostile? Take chill pill and let the guy try it out. Too much group think happening in these forums. :bandit:

His ideas are already in use all over the world run for by the major airlines of Europe and Asia. What he is doing will take advantage of those, like myself, who read Flying Magazine and look at the glossy ads there. Thankfully, I found this website and decided not to go to Gulfstream or other PFT programs.

We don't promote any Gulfstream or PFT programs. Maybe you should do your research before you speak.

Impossible on this forum. It's all about attacking another company or individual. Show me one post that says something positive about a company, I'll show you 10 more that show something negative. JetCareers was developed, i'm sure, to help people in the aviation community. Not mud-sling back and forth.

I hope that people can converse in a more positive manner on this forum. Maybe give some good insight on the development of an Airline Placement program, rather then making up stuff and saying whatever comes to the front of their brain.

We are currently investigating the possibility of introducing an Airline Hiring/Placement program specifically for low time pilots. There is no confirmation of the program, and we are in the preliminary process of developing a suitable program. Our intentions are to provide the low time pilot with an A320/B737 rating and also provide them with line training and airline placement around the world. It could turn out, that this program is not going to be effective in producing career pilots, and I want to be upfront about that.

I personally understand some of the stigmas and arguments against such programs. Many experienced pilots in the industry feel that it is not the right way in becoming a highly respected and experienced pilot. However, I feel that with the current economic climate, and the unstable future of many of the airlines, low time guys do not have lots of options.

We don't promote any Gulfstream or PFT programs. Maybe you should do your research before you speak.

If it smells like a fish, then it is usually a fish.

Exactly. Thanks for proving my point. We don't promote PTF programs, we are investigating the possibility of an Airline Placement program. Clearly, you are not a supporter, so move along and let other indivduals who are ready to advance their career help in building this program so it caters to the pilot, not the guy who is upset he can't participate in such a program.

We're not here to tell you what you want to hear.

You asked for opinions, you're going to hear them.

I am not going to move along and have you try to take advantage of those who might think...

"Hey, I can fly a 737 if I pay $80,000 for the rating and then they will help place me at an airline!"

For those reading this, PM me if you have any questions about the validities of the program this person is trying to promote.

It's pretty interesting where you get "$80k to fly a 737" from. I don't promote any program that is currently out there nor have I ever quoted a figure for any such program. Why don't you get your facts together rather then continually lie over and over?
