I saw a report this morning of a Golden Eagle window blow-out and immediately thought "Jerry!"
When my career is no longer flying, I think I’m gonna make a YouTube channel and be a Jerry. Intentionally make it look like I’m doing dumb stuff and double down on it to drive engagement and revenue.
I always click on this thread half expecting a prelim NTSB report.

When in the history of Jerry, has standard ever been a factor in his operation? I’d say that Non-standard is the only standard thing Jerry does.
Right. If you're that concerned that you're taking mitigating action, but there's an option to wait two minutes and be sure, then why not just wait?

Typical jerry. Tries to overcomplicate things, Picking up an IFR clearance on taxiout from an airport that has CD, then hard right over double yellows to create his own runup area in an area thats not to be taxied on.
I was wondering if I missed something or if that was some weird localism, because ground didn’t seem to think “umm, wtf are you doing?” when he was in the “run up.”
He claims that he just wanted to get off the ramp since it was busy so got his clearance while taxiing out. It’s all so Jerry
Having to ask the Ground controller for the CD frequency is even more Jerry.
I love his sense of urgency like he’s got to get up to provide close air support for some guys stuck in a firefight. All that rushing and he just screws everything up and clogs up entire frequencies like he’s the only one out there.
