Hey with reference to the training department at Pinnacle (kellwolf and Seggy) the entire posse was flown up to MSP and given the come to Jesus meeting last week or the week before. "We are doing this a new way, if you want to be a part of that great, if not there are lines that need to be flown."

Mesaba had to clean out the training dept. many years ago (someone can correct me but I want to say '05) and we're doing it again. Less launching rockets, more flying airplanes.

No argument but it's not like things move fast at the EntMoot we call Pinnacolaba. I wish it was done faster but it wasn't, and that sucks. It took years at Mesaba back in the day ('nam) and it'll be a little quicker this time.

Hey, some guys may be getting their jobs back and records expunged. Look it was a clown show when I went through too for the -200, but these things take time. It's going to get better.

They've had issues with the NMFC for years even before the merger. Should have been taken care of LOOOOONG before the merger.

Sure, but that's a pinnacle thing. Pinnacle liked the launching rockets, best of the best, bonkers off the wall crap, and the famous line from training, "Hey, 10% of the guys are just gonna fail, we all know that," weed out your own guy nonsense. New culture coming to a theater near you so dress up.

The meetings have been going on all month and comprise ALL instructors/check airmen/APD's under the pinnacle banner (both Mesaba/pinnacle groups) to get everyone on one page both on coming changes and training methods going forward. It's not a one-sided affair if that's what you were implying.
