The guy who sent the e-mail had some kind of researcher (RECORDS RESEARCH SPECIALIST) title. I don't think that any of that info will expedite going to OKC, they are just trying to put together some numbers.

Also, I went traditonal route so the theory of being delayed after the PEPC doesn't really work.
 
LOL the info on those forms... SF180 request for military service records...dd2870 Authorization for disclosure of medical or dental records...that is the information that is to be kept private

No, I'm not saying going PEPC or traditional is what delayed us, I think it has to do with our HR rep going on vacation. Unless, of course, C.S. isn't your HR rep...then my hypothesis has no merit. :pirate:
 
Look, I don't mean to be pissy, but I have to vent. It seems as if C.S. is always on a vacation. She will not even send me an email confirming that she received something she asked me to send her. I understand she is busy, and the workload is insane, but dad gummit I wish I could get an email that says something like this....

Got your email I requested, it will take at least 3 weeks for response from ATO.

Sup guys and gals? I spoke to the manager of the facility that i was assignd to (KTRI) and he said one of his employees just started with him after OKC. He said it was 3 months after recieving his TOL that he finally moved to OKC. So i guess this means more waiting in store for us. :mad:
 
Frankly, I wouldn't mind if I went to OKC 3 months after my TOL. Compared to the over a year it's been since I applied, I would welcome an advance in the process.

3 months would actually be spectacular! That would mean the end of September for Chicago PEPCers, and I was thinking October at the absolute earliest.

October most likely is the absolute earliest.. I've been told a few times the funds for this fiscal year are non-existent.
 
I'm hoping for Oct FOL (phone call from HR to SKD class) for a winter class - Dec, Jan, etc. Seems more realistic since there are 3/4's who are still waiting... earlier the better but anything can happen. :insane:
 
I am pretty sure most of the ppl waiting from earlier pubnats are headed to terminals. And Oklahoma winter sucks ass, be careful what you wish for.

Seems to me as summers are worse. When my friend finished at the beginning of July I don't think it had been under 90 in 3 weeks. I can't stand heat like that. I'd rather have 2 feet of snow and 20 degree temps myself.

I just got a letter saying the results of my MMPI require "further evaluation." This week is off to an awesome start.
