Pubnat 5/6

Expect a 7 hour PEPC.....If you have to have an extensive talk about your credit history and DUI 9 and a half years ago. And if you start right clicking answers on question 200 out of 520 on the MMPI and have to redo the last 300+ questions. (felt like an idiiot). Otherwise a normal person should be out of there in 5 to 6 hours. lol :banghead::banghead:

:yeahthat:

Hopefully it won't be long until he moves to the "failed MMPI" thread. In the meantime, let's take everything he has to say with a grain of salt.

Wow. Thanks for hoping I fail the MMPI.

Sarcasm aside, I hope we all get to CPC with no problems along the way. I hope everyone is successful. After waiting a year for this, I didn't see how it could hurt to keep yourself in the system, at least until the FOL comes. Good luck n9008d. I won't be rooting against you. I'll be rooting for you.

You bet, bud.

EXACTLY! Listen to this...

So you know how it asks for your complete medical history (have you ever in your life suffered from: asthma, high blood pressure, nocturnal emissions...) well, my husband checked asthma since he had it as a child and they gave him grief saying he needed to list all medication he had ever been on, how many attacks he had, how often they occurred, blah, blah, blah...so when he said, "I don't remember, it was 15+ years ago." they said, "oh, well, why did you put it down on the form?" Basically they told him that he gave them too much information and he had to re-fill out all the medical info.

Then the same thing happened at the background information. He literally gave them EVERY thing the e-qwip asked for and they told him that he gave them too much info and he had to refill out the form with only the BIG stuff. And the DUI stuff was a pain in the butt. He told 3 or 4 people the same story over and over again and had to write down what happened that night. Then they tell him that when he gets home from the PEPC he has to write it down AGAIN and send it into them. Silly.

BUT...he did finish the MMPI in 20 minutes or so. The lady administering the test asked him why he was leaving the test early and he said he was done. She didn't believe him, so she went and checked to make sure all the questions were answered and then told him she thinks he set a record for fastest completion of the MMPI. Who knows if that's a good thing?!?! :insane:

But as long as you don't have anything crazy on your background and medical, I would expect a relatively short PEPC.

Sounds like this could speed up the process for prior military folks. I'm not holding my breath though.
