I guess some people are still holding out hope.

I walked into Zimbabwe a few days after they ousted Mugabe. The border crossing was a mess, so disorganized; this window, that form, over here for this, there for that. I left with a visa saying I was from Australia for some reason. Quickly we were surrounded my locals, "My friend, I have for you One Trillion Dollar!"

"No thanks"

"But you don't know how much I will sell it to you for"

I kind of wish I'd gotten some. I guess the same is happening on the Colombian border with Venezuela.
