What is the best air ambulance company to work for?

Boston MedFlight pilots work for ERA Helicopters and JetLogistics for fixed wing. That maybe worth looking into...

Anyone know anything about Gaurdian, especially in Alaska?
Heard there has been high turnover in Kotz, but someone will have to die for a spot in Southeast to open. A new King Air 350 is slated for DUT, and they are also working on opening a Deadhorse base. The Lears are to be parking soon, all the SE guys have been through Beech jet training and are awaiting for the birds to be delivered.

I'm mostly interested in the Dlg base, I think it's only a Caravan base right now.
