Some people coming back from work release, to Gen Pop at the prison? :) :)
Something like that.

If I were any of the people that are fielding the emails, phone calls, etc. right now I would be looking for a soft landing. Going back to the line will not be a pleasant experience is my guess.

It’s been awhile, but were you on the council when current voting system was approved? I vaguely remember the presentation. The amount of security they put into this voting seemed to be overkill until the representative discussed all the legal issues and department of labor rules and regulations that they needed to abide by in order to ensure a fair vote.

I can assure anyone that believes people are privy to the vote before it closes, no one is. That system is reliable and free of anyone being able to tamper with it until the vote closes.

I honestly can’t remember if that’s something discussed while I was there. My memory is failing in my old age. :)

But we definitely always took voting security incredibly serious. The DOL doesn’t play around with this stuff.

Can voters change their votes after they have been submitted? Or will they just start the voting over from zero once another TA is presented?

you can change vote up until ballot closes

so if they can’t see vote totals, then i guess the reps took a hint with weeks of nonstop phone calls from angry pilots

Does your airline have Hillary Clinton/Bob Marley/eskimo on the tail?

My kid saw an Alaska 737 the last time he was in California (he was just about 4).

It joined the “pie airplane” (United) and the “triangle airplane (delta)…he called it the “daddy airplane” because it “looked like me”. Little dude, I was 37. I may be getting old but not that old.

My MIL has worked for them for almost 30 years. She’s such a good employee they put her picture on the tail.
