The main points are good but 20% over 3 years seems rather low in this climate of inflation and banking on a 5% me too is rather odd. Will it have retro/back pay as well is a big deal. I’d have thought 25% at least or MEC would tell them to kick rocks.

The rumor, Jesus guys we know they are rumors. It’s a thread for airline chatter. Never seen so many people triggered about discussions of a rumor. That’s 90% of forums relating to airline conversions.

May as well just wait for the official word to have any conversations.

i'm starting a rumor that the AIP includes positive space commutes to the electric hexacopter moonbase (global reserve is for peasants, try lunar reserve)
also they're buying boeing and making them put sidesticks in all the FBW aircraft

Until @Dacuj gives his insights on how this is a stupid thing to try and combat against American Airlines and the ‘Voy from snatching the best pilots in the world, I don’t care about anyone else’s opinion.
