Awesome! That's great... I did my Multi Land in a Seneca for $100/dry ...but that was quite a few years ago. Great rate... stick with it!!!!

Great website as well... it has pictures of your airplane... not a Seneca V offering Seneca I time. Only tweek may be getting rid of your hours on the the about me tab... they'll be building so fast, you may want to just leave that off. :D

That's the way it should be....:D... I did it similar: P-SEL, P-MEL, IR, C-MEL, C-SEL, C-MES, etc


not only that...but throw a tailwheel/HP in to the private on the way to commerical.... it's a good way to build up to your commercial requirements - aviation diversity.

If you do it all at a good part 61 place, usually you can do it for less than the pilot mills with just the 'standard' program. I paid for mine out of pocket working 2 jobs...so it can be done.

Nope, itll have a Garmin GPS unit. Paint scheme is going back to the original cream color. Maybe a little wear on the seats, but nothing too bad.

Owner wants to put it out to rent at an attractive price for twin time building...not to mention having Apache time in the logbook would look way more interesting than just a stockpile of 310, Seminole, or Dutchess time.
 
You guys are great, thanks for your timely feedback! What do you think about 'guaranteed' costs for training/time, such as "get your multi in 10 hrs guaranteed"? Attractive in some ways, but maybe not the type of training standard I want to follow. Each student is different and I want them to be above par.

Ask your boss about selling 10 hr blocks for a discount. If he will, then you can advertise the 10 hr block, but I wouldn't guarantee certificates.
