It's official! Called this morning to confirm my medical clearance, got told ALL my clearances were in and was offered an October 2nd class slot that was open. I took it. OKC here I come (October 2nd)anic::nana2:

This might be a silly question, but were you at the Chicago PEPC?

If you attended a PEPC, your printed TOL has your HR rep's contact information on it.

thanks. just went through all my emails (god bless the 'star' feature of gmail) and i have gotten emails on 4 separate occasions from 4 separate HR specialists :crazy:

i guess i'll just go down the line til somebody answers

PM me the list of names and I could probably tell you which one is your HR rep. Include the subject name of the email.

Ok, need help contacting HR rep. My husband has called his rep about 20 times now, still no return call. All he wants to know is if his medical has cleared. What is the best time you guys have found to call the reps?

lol I was tight lipped? No one asked me who it was! Besides everyones is based on where you're going, etc. One of the first e-mails I recieved to fax paperwork back before my PEPC specifically said your HR rep is XXXXX XXXXX, all hiring questions, clearances, etc are to be handled through her.

Besides the HR rep you could also try contacting the Aerospace Medicine Division in your region as well.

Just got off the phone with my rep. I'm clear to go (they're still working on security obviously, but enough stuff was in to get me a class date.)

bloody hell. all of my clearances have been in for a week and my rep wont even talk to me about a date. "no, we don't know anything until your FOL is in. bye.":banghead:

Once again, be grateful you got through. My husband has tried umpteen times to talk with his rep. he always gets voice mail and never receives a call back. He has tried emailing as well. We are hoping tomorrow will be the day *fingers crossed*.

just talked to my HR rep. some dates are coming in from the PEPC but they are all CTI/VRA at this point. she said the 9/30 and 10/30 classes were filling. great lakes region. sounds like once they get through those some of us might hear something.

Things are moving along guys....just found out this morning that my security clearance is through and I'm just waiting on the medical.

Ya I called yesterday and they said the only thing they are waiting on is my drug test and medical and i guess drug test goes hand in hand with the medical. I am going to try and call the medical people and try and get a time frame this afternoon. I'm on pins and needles because they had an issue with my medical.
