Southwest Hiring

Those of you who took the test before and where invited back for a second interview, what was it like? What can one expect?
 
Don't write yourself off yet guys, from what I understand internal testing just finished up a few days ago.

All it says is Submission Received. .. My 2014 App says under review. kinda odd since I would assume that would be dead by now.

Yeah it is. I applied for the FLIFO agent back in April. Still says 'under review' Never got a TBNT ,but believe me I'm still holding out hope that they'll call about it.

It has been my experience that if it takes 2-3 months or 5-6. WN will send you a TBNT email eventually or they will contact you long after you applied....they'll contact you in some form or fashion.

Believe me....I'm the TBNT king right now :cool:

I applied for a non dispatch position but still in their ops center in April and status never changed from "submission received" although I recevied a TBNT email a few weeks later.

Previous assistant dispatch postings remain as "under review" yet the date modified changes. Appears that this date corresponds to progression in hiring/interview process. I never paid any attention to this date until these posts.
 
2nd round internal interviews begin this week. Mon, Tues, & Wed. I have mine on Tuesday. From the scheduke looks like 18 people are being interviewed.
 
No idea. Guessing by the large number of internal candidates and since externals just tested on the 30th, I wouldn't think there would be any external candidates. But that's just my opinion. Thanks

Well I certainly know some externals got interviews.

Oh no....et tu Brute...Am I to follow my own advice??? I was there numb-nut. I am happy to share facts and data for those who really want to know at least something of value.

Im no jerk when I expose a liar. That's the sad problem, there is just too much crap and hearsay regarding jobs and interviewing from people who know nothing at all.
And for some reason they feel the need to "inform" others of/from their lack of knowledge. Im tying to say, "stop misleading people who are in need of real information."
There's too much second and third hand nonsense.

I was there. Lots and lots of externals!!! So Flygirl , if you want more info from a jerk who was there and is willing to share that info, feel free to PM me.

And Luigi, just stop. You come across like a an elementary school hall monitor instead of the wise guy you wanna be.

like others have said, this is inaccurate info. A great many external (experienced dispatchers) candidates are interviewing this coming week.

You all have way to much time on your hands . If you would have read her question you would have known what she was asking. I was simply stating that this group of 2nd interviews was probably all internals with the rest to follow bc of the timeline. With attitudes like that, good luck getting hired.
