The fact remains. Delta prior to this posting was requiring three years experience. To have any real expectation that all the sudden they are going to start hiring those with zero experience is unrealistic. Some of y'all set yourselves up for disappointment way too easily.

I think at this point anyone who isn't an internal hire at Delta is going to have an exceptionally tough time getting in there. This current hiring round almost seems like a formality to the externals.

IIRC the minimum was 3 years which is a big reason behind my sitting on a desk for 3 hears before bothering to move on.

I don't believe there was any question on application regarding last time one tested as they have done in the past. Does anyone else remember ?

They did that I believe late last year but not this time around.

Once it says 'under review', that will indicate that someone has at least opened the file with your resume that you submitted.
