It has been awhile since I saw a METAR like this. I understand most of it but this part Peak wind is at 010 at 30 knots? What is the /0157? Ceilling is 600 feet to 1,100? FZRANO is Freezing Rain, what is the NO?

KMML 030256Z AUTO 01019G25KT 1 1/4SM -SN BR OVC008 M04/M06 A2981 RMK AO2 PK WND 01030/0157 CIG 006V011 SLP114 P0000 60000 T10441056 50005 FZRANO

Don't forget about the 50005 as the as the 3 hour pressure tendency change and 60000 as 3 and 6 hour precipitation amounts...

I didn't learn that until I became a CFI. My previous professors/instructors said they were just numbers

FRZANO means the freezing rain sensor is inop.

There is a good online METAR decoder list produced by the FAA. I don't have the link handy, but I think it's pretty easy to find.
