Skywest Questions

@Xcaliber why did it pass over you? You shoulda got it.

I'm on med leave.

See you in class in May

Btdubs, I was passing through St. George last month, so I stopped to say hi to all the kiddies down there. VD told me all the upgrade sims are going to ATL for the foreseeable future. I don't know if that's info people want to know, but there you go.

Also:
I hope it's not done! There were 29 upgrades so far and they've said they want 30...and I'm "next". Fingers crossed!

I learned to not trust the DVR after the first one. What they said they would award and what were actually awarded were totally different and have been on every single one since.

Ah musta missed that part.

May it is! Guess I can enjoy one more month of a good schedule before endless RSV.

As for inaccurate DVRs, wth happened to PHX? 12 Capts in? Gotta be something going on. There's a thread in the sapa page but (Awaiting Moderation) lol

Its the same with 175 FO's. DVR said 6 to PDX yet 11 were awarded

Been lurking on this thread a bit and haven't seen any mentions of PHX or TUS bases for new hires. I'm hoping to be able to throw my hat in the ring later this year and am trying to get an idea of what the basing is currently looking like out of initial training.

I currently live about 10 minutes from the airport in TUS, so obviously it'd be pretty awesome to get based here. Also, what airframes are based at TUS or PHX? Thanks.

TUS is a SMALL base. We're talking like 13 CAs and 13 FOs. So if/when you get based there you'll be on the bottom forever. They fly 200s and 700s out of TUS. TUS is a maintenance base so you'll have early show times and late releases. Similar to COS in nature.
