You hear about the new ACARS block is when brake is set not MCD. Even cargo door blocked in.....

I know our recent plane the service door was messing up ACARS times...

That point will come fast and hard.

No, it won't any time soon. We recruit aggressively and the fact of the matter is, for $15000 less than Envoy or Endeavor or wherever else, pilots would prefer to live in base with their families, not having to commute, instead of making more money. We offer many bases and the quality of life here although beginning to deteriorate in my opinion still sounds better than being junior manned at Envoy or having two days off between 4-days at Piedmont, and so forth. It's the reason that I myself chose SkyWest over Endeavor in 2016 despite myself making less money. If I had to choose an ORD base TODAY though, I probably would go to Envoy. The increased potential for income, flow to AA, and short as hell upgrade time are too much to pass on.

Yes but that's every 2 weeks. ERJ classes of 10 to 15 every 2 weeks. It's going to have to get much worse than that before we have any leverage. I think the TA is embarrassing as well, but we voted it in. Nothing can change that.

Yeah 6 people missing from one class is no big deal. When we see a photo of six and 24 are missing...

That will be when things change.

Anyone else bothering to vote on Region 2 SAPA rep? I'm leaning towards TT but if anyone has opinions on the other two I'd like to hear them.

Nothing on SWOL about this. Is this on SAPA??

I assumed you had to be based in that region to vote. About 2-3 emails about it so far so I think it's safe to say if you haven't gotten one you aren't in region 2?

Just a guess though

Having two days off between 4 days is the norm on the captain side. That would be a slightly good schedule not having a six day work block. Also "CN"ing, 4 1/2 hour standups by PBS is junior manning in my book.

SLC/PHX/TUS/PSP, to be exact.

Let me correct myself, SLC/PHX/TUS/PSP is what one of the emails said. I can't get any clear information on the actual regions from SAPA's website because the most recent information I could find was from November 2014 and it was missing a few bases. Then again, on the SAPA Representatives contact sheet it shows a PSP rep as being in Region 1 and lists DEN based reps as being both region 3 and region 4 so. um, yeah, your guess is as good as mine.
