After viewing the yoga pants non rev post someone mentioned that some airlines instruct their employees not to wear their ID badges. I looked through the travel manual and can't find a clear answer to this one. Any thoughts?

That would be January 17th. We all got ORD. The class after us all got ORD and AFAIK the class after that all got ORD too. Still keeping my fingers crossed for SFO one of these days.

You can go under the AQP tab and see what you're signed off for and what you aren't...as well as check airman comments.

Most people I know are finishing around 40hrs, +/- 10. I think if you go over 50 you go into special tracking. They are letting people go over 100 but try not to be that guy.

For most people, two-4 day trips is usually about right (or a combination equaling that).

Just a couple of flights. Most people get signed off on one or two days of a trip. Some people need multiple trips if they can't figure it out.

Most people who I know that have gone through IOE seem to be fine with 2, 4 day trips or the equivalent

That seems about right. I actually had 3 trips though... My first four day turned into a 7 hour block 2 day thanks to the weather. So when I finished IOE I had 50hours. I was freaking out thinking I'd be put in special tracking because I needed a third trip. After my second trip I had 25ish hours and the LCA recommended another trip. My third trip was an ORD local, two day then local. So that was a very efficient trip that built hours quick. I asked about that and the LCA said not to worry and it, I finished within the "normal" time. I had a few friends that did get a few extra trips though, one finished with 80 hours and he is in special tracking.

Yep. 6 yrs and I barely hold DEN. Crazy times.

We've now hit a point where people don't have the required flight time and/or are not old enough. As a result, it may go even less next month.
