SkyWest or Horizon?

'Nother question. When first getting on at Skywest do you always start on the Brasilia? (Assuming you're pretty low hour and no jet exp)

No. I'm 1550/650 and they gave me the choice. I chose the Bro for a variety of reasons but they hire directly into the crj no problem.

Ah, I was in the Feb class. Just about done with IOE. No I wasn't there. I didn't spend anymore time there then I had to. Went home every chance I got.

Yeah I've gone home every weekend myself. But I had a few friends in the Feb class so I partied when they partied. The amount of studying I haven't done is staggering.

It really is amazing the workload between Brasilia initial and CRJ transition. Transition is MUCH less work and slower paced. Bro initial was an ass kicker all the way to the finish.

Exactly stop being a bad influence y'all!!

Just kidding. I'm having a good time (albeit a lot of work)

My sim partner is a new hire and he's like a deer in the headlights. I feel kind of bad for how easy it seems to me. But hell, from day 1 they said the hardest job in the company is Bro FO and the easiest is RJ FO. I just hope this confidence isn't going to bite me in the butt before I finish sim.

You ain't even started systems yet, son. Lemme tell you a little something about the anxiety you're gonna feel when they start asking what systems you have in Electrical Emergency Mode and trying to draw a diagram of the prop system. OH LAWD, the prop system!
