My guess is that anyone can host a forum or have a presentation, especially if it promotes your brand or merch. I bet they’d let me present “Cakes are the interview hack you need to know.”

I had friend that I helped get a job at a shop I was working for. His group interview with the higher ups had been scheduled and when asked for any tips my opinion was he should just be himself. He didn't show up with cake or doughnuts, he showed up a platter of different croissants. It made him a legend in a sort of way, no one ate the pastries but they did appreciate the effort. He got the job, but it wasn't based on cake.
