I'm aware of the LAX base. But the dearly departed X-Forces who was an LAX based captain. He said trips out of LAX were mostly red eye hub to hub. Or Mexico trips. Still not getting a direct flight to SEA... from a hub.![]()
You left out a Hastings and McCook from that triangle.
Are they getting out of the “fREe SnAcKs HeRe” mode?I think the bigger challenge for Spirit and Frontier will come if Southwest *successfully* revamps their fare structure.
I guarantee this new investment group is going to initiate bag fees. Are they getting out of the “fREe SnAcKs HeRe” mode?

Or Delta!May I suggest, Alaska Airlines?![]()
Nobody got time to go to Salt Lake City first, yo. Self included.Or Delta!![]()

You could fly Frontier.Or JFK, BOS, or FLL...
But SEA, being a hub, I should theoretically be able to fly PHX-SEA direct and hopefully skip LAX, or SLC.
Well... the problem with them or Spirit, is that you're assured a 8,10 or 18 layover. Ain't got time foe' that! I'll stick to LCC and legacies. No ULCC's. And yes, I'm aware that B6 is an LCC. If I was ever going back east, or to the Caribbean. I'd have zero issue using them. Great airline. West coast IMO needs some work though. Which even they acknowledge, when they were trying for Virgin. You could fly Frontier.![]()

You can get to Seattle nonstop from Phoenix on Frontier. No connections needed.Well... the problem with them or Spirit, is that you're assured a 8,10 or 18 layover. Ain't got time foe' that! but they go once a day, which is delayed usually by a day...so technically you are riding the delayed flight to SEAYou can get to Seattle nonstop from Phoenix on Frontier. No connections needed.

even when I worked for F9, I almost never commuted on us, on reliability alone, they will get you there...eventuallyJust buy a ticket for the day before you want to go!
You can, and you’d potentially be flying with SEA best 73NAI should theoretically be able to fly PHX-SEA direct and hopefully skip LAX, or SLC.
