And i just removed my F5 key actually, no need to hit it anymore. Its preventative maintenance i call it!:buck:
 
Does anyone know where the PEPC in Chicago is located....is it the one in Des Plaines, IL. I think there is a Hyatt right next to that FAA building. Any takers? I'm trying to find a hotel close.

I know I could wait till my confirmation email, but the FAA space time continuum suggests I wont have confirmation until 2034

I got selected for Salt Lake City - my first choice! (email came yesterday afternoon). Would anyone care to speculate on a class date?

Did you get Salt Lake Center or SLC Tower/TRACON?

As far as the class date goes... I heard on StuckMic that enroute people are making it to the academy sooner. Not sure how that works though because enroute people make up the vast majority of controllers and we can't all be at the academy at once.

I saw on SM you said you saw a lot of people were selected for WA state? I've seen 1 person get ZSE and only know of one person other than myself that got a terminal position, and they are CTI....
 
For those of you getting hotel rooms in Chicago...I'd look into the priceline.com bid your price thing. I recently got a 4 star room in the Loop for only $75/night. Regular price for the hotel is $240/night :eek:

I'm sure you can get a deal in the O'Hare area. When you do that you can select O'Hare or O'Hare south for your geographic region and at least get close to the PEPC

I have just checked my ASAP page and it still says that my application in being reviewed for further consideration. Does this mean that I could be receiving an email?

I'm under the impression that if your not going to get an email it would say "not being considered" or something like that in ASAP, right?

I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but this question has been answered probably more than 30 times.

The emails will continue to go out for the next week or two. If you don't get picked you will hear nothing. After about three to four weeks your ASAP will eventually update with something to the effect of "Thank you for your interest but you were not selected for...."
