Our isn’t like that. We can’t pick up a trip that touched reserve days for extra pay above guarantee. But we can pickup open time as long as it’s on rsv days off for pay above guarantee, and there’s no restriction on when. It’s a free for all when open time opens - line holders and reserves. First come (click), first served. I hate the idea of seniority based open/premium pickup. You already used seniority to get your schedule. Why should you get a second double dip? I just take that as another example of gravy for the senior side.
