A friend told me they start at around $50k, or maybe a little more (going from memory) but they don't have a pay scale so expect to be stuck at your starting salary for a while....no yearly raises!

In my experience, pay scales merely reflect the historical average annual increase in the cost of living. Meaningful raises come from advancing up the organization chart, not the pay scale.

Living in MCO on $50,000 a year is damn near impossible. The COL keeps going up everywhere in central FL
