Mid-Air Collision near LGB

Not sure what you mean by this? PFTO's (pay for time operations)? Are the airlines getting wise to places like ATP? FSI? Not flameing, just not fully understanding the nature of the post...

Professional Flight Training Organizations. Starbucks clerk in ==> frozen ATP ready to go on line out 60 to 90 days later out. In Europe this takes significantly longer (even with the flight training in the US) and the pay is still better because the airline pilots are watching out for themselfes (heck you still need a good education to fly for FrustHansa they won't just hire ding dongs)

The major goal in this is to keep the stream of eager pilots so high that you could basically replace pilots speaking or acting up by a snip of a finger.

If User fees are enacted, GA will die, it is without a doubt going down the drain. With the point brought up earlier, 90% of the airlines pilots are going to come GA. Without GA where they get them? No where. Same thing happened in Europe, they enacted User Fees, all the airline training operations came to the U.S. to train. If the U.S. does user fees, GA will die around and the effect will be felt around the world.
