Memphis PEPC

You are going terminal though, right utahaviator? I've seen a couple on here that were going terminal who had recieved forms.

Ya...that's true. I'm terminal (ly challenged!!) sorry...couldn't resist... I should've read back and realized that all of you who haven't received the paperwork yet are enroute. My bad! :banghead:
 
I finally received forms from an Hr Specialist in Department Aviation Careers Division in Oklahoma City n OKC.
 
I got them also and sent them back via e-mail (hopefully). I scanned them into word and then tried to add them as an attachment, but the first e-mail came back rejected saying that it was to big. So I ended up sending like three e-mails... Hopefully they dont think I am worthless!
 
I received and sent those forms in last week...but I JUST got another e-mail saying they needed the Declaration of Federal Employment paper faxed again to another 2 people "I need to forward this form to security so they will have everything ready upon your arrival." Still no word on an official date for Memphis.
 
Yeah, when I received this email for a previous PEPC I turned down it included two other forms that today's email did not include. I too have not heard anything about dates.
 
I received the e-mail with the 3 forms last week...this was in addition to the prior 3 form e-mail. I have now faxed this document in thrice. :)
 
Ya, no date news they said that different departments are in charge of different stuff.
So....my e-mail didnt work so I faxed all of it and they said that they didnt get part of it, that doesnt make sense. Seems like it would be all or nothing with a fax...maybe they ran out of paper.
 
One of the old emails I received also requested copies of all college transcripts. Has anyone bothered to order those or heard anything similar? I am contemplating ordering a couple copies.
 
does anybody have the fax # for James Anderson, the guy who sent us these forms? I also got the 3 forms last week and was told to refill out this one. My scanners acting up at home, so I'd prefer to fax them. Anybody know the #?

yea I got that. I sent my transcripts via priority mail last Thursday. I called yesterday, and I found out they haven't received them yet.

I'm trying to understand why they have you resend materials to the same exact fax location that you sent the first set of forms...do they not have a copy machine? But whatever...if this is what I must do...

I agree...seems a bit redundant. Oh well...if it helps to speed up the process, then whatever!
