I don't remember what the paperwork said, but I thought the fed ride had to happen before the linecheck. They used to be able to do them at the same time, but there was the potential for issues with that, so it isn't done anymore.

I wonder if all the LCA that could do fed rides are still here.

There are 3 right now. Possibly more.

Orientation day yesterday, all 10 of us showed up including 2 of the 3 I interviewed with. Dodged the credit union pitch, she was on vacation. CP and and and ACP came and spoke to us. Two stand up guys and I look forward to working with them. Again mentioned that he was working on paid hotel rooms in MSP for training but the company doesn't see the need yet. He felt that when the apps begin to dry up they may change their tune. Sims for us will most likely be in STL. Over 100 guys not eligible for upgrade for lacking the 1000 hrs of 121 sic so there will be guys bypassed. We were done by 13:30 and at the airport by 14:00. We were all in CASS and were able to jump home. He also mentioned that we are all in KCM and was going to start handing the cards out due the the uniform not being required after the 13th. If anyone has any questions let me know. I have to go now. I have LOTS of CBT to do...
 
If you work your butt off, you can finish in 4-5 days. Can't say you'll retain much, but can at least be done with CBT so you can start actually studying.

I got off IOE towards the end of October and I'm still bidding reserve. Although, they built a pretty sweet build up line for me in November off IOE. Not too much movement off the top of the LAX FO list at the moment.
