Life at Compass

don't think i could get into MSP now with (10), i'd be the bottom guy there now if i were able to get in...i'd be able to stay in DTW but i'd much rather fly than sit ready reserve....just gotta figure out how many of the bottom lines in LAX are CDOs i think
There aren't any CDO lines for LAX next month. Bid packs should be out on the 10th, but the prelims have zilchhhhhh for CDO's. Lot's of 5 days.

thats awesome....so one could do 3 of those and call it a month....not that bad for a commuter? just trying to figure out how miserable my life would be commuting from the east coast.

My gusta 5 dayers. So long as they're productive. What I've seen is the company flying you 6+ day 1, 2, park you day 3, 6+ day 4, one leg home day 5. Planned to stay under the awesome (sarcasm) 4+45 a day rig.

Though, once stuff really starts moving, it may be cheaper just to keep people flying and send them on home. here's to hoping :)

I think you're gonna see very efficient pairings come spring. We're gonna be so short staffed they won't be able to afford many inefficient pairings. Hopefully we can go back to the 40 hour five day trips we saw over the summer.
