I shouldn't have used a present tense word, but yes; though I did have ~1000 121 SIC when I got hired. I'm the opposite of a loophole. I'm not complaining. 23 days of travel in one month was pretty awesome.

I was a DOH 12/18/2014 and i believe there are still 40ish people in the system who haven't taken the upgrade.

I believe an FO who is senior to 75% of the Captains they fly with would fit that description.

It's just a casual opinion. I don't intend to come across as the authority on what constitutes a senior FO. I was merely remarking that I seem to fly mainly with pilots who recently completed IOE.

I've been generally impressed with the new guys I've been paired up with, they do a great job. Only new guy I've seen struggle a bit wasn't a CFI and had plenty of previous 121 time...
