Turns out it is a Delta IT issue with the password reset page and they are "working on it". Kinda sucks because I can't list to commute without having to call reservations. I'm taking WN tonight.

Tried to enroll in AA benefits and apparently Payroll data shows that I am not based in LAX. I have been based in LA since I was hired.

I emailed the CP and LAX CP. No response. Any suggestions of who to contact?

and yes I know everyone thinks the AA benefits are crap.. but it's the only way I can get my girlfriend listed to travel.

Just email the travel person back, tell them you have been based in LA since day one and that you need your benefits set up immediately.
 
Did that and she said she could not help me until it was changed in the system. Emailed the chief pilot and assistant CP as well. Thanks though

Had to resurrect this thread from the depth of page 2 ;)

Anyway, just noticed the email where the company is asking captains to postpone April vacations...probably a sign of things to come all summer. They list alternatives as rescheduling, being paid out, or postponing vacation until 2017. What's the incentive in those options? How about postponing at 1.5 pay, or being paid out at 1.5 pay, or 2017 with a couple additional days thrown in?

What's with this we need something from you but won't give you anything in return mentality?

They're just counting on the same guys willing to fly to SDF on a day off to take pics in uniform for free.
