We have PBS. Doesn't limit the amount of PP we have. It's more a function of the PBS rules.

Agree. But we just switched over so we were staffed for line bidding. With the swap we were instantly over-manned. Not to mention they withhold a ton of trips from PBS for OE so that doesn't help any.

no, it's really not.....but i guess thats what living in your means does for you. i can count on 2 fingers the number of months i have broken guarantee here and it has been awesome.

Well when your pilot group (airways) had no say in it there's not much we can do about it until next time around. PBS was negotiated with the AA bankruptcy.

If there's reserve coverage then yes. Or you get someone to pick up your trip from the swap board.

You can drop everything you have at AA given the right conditions. I got down to 30
Hours for June and got scared.

i can also count on 3 fingers the number of months i've done over 60ish hours of credit. I'm a 2-3 3 days a month type of guy.

PP is good and all, but in 17 years at SJI, I've never flown a greenslip. I bid days off, so that kinda defeats the purpose.
