There were K.C. terminal people in Pub2???

I thought we were all ZKC.

The confusion was that the person thought the only MCI PEPC people were going to KC Center..not MCI Tower. But yes...the first 3 days were all terminal people from around the system.

Yeah, I meant "people who were going to WORK at MCI," the "terminal variety" of folks. The "contact ground on 121.8" guys. The... well, you get the idea now.
 
anyone else get an email yesterday from Kevin W.? it wasnt that much, just something regarding the TOL and stuff. i guess its just nice to know that they didnt lose my info and are working on things..
 
Yea I got the email.........Just asked if you had previous military experience.....and if u did to fill out another form

i do work, sorta...JC is in the background. i did call ZNY. Jerry told me that he got my message and we can all come visit. he said he wasn't in his office but when he got back he would have someone call me to set up a time. so ill try for this Friday or next Friday
 
I got a call yesterday around 7:30 from someone from the angency that takes care of security clearences for the FAA. I travelled in Italy for a few weeks and they were just checking up to see if I made any foreign contacts or investments. Of course I did not when I was over there. She told me that she was giving me a temporary clearence and was emailing HR in Oklahoma City so that thay can begin to schedule me for class dates peding the medical and psych exam which should have gone through already. From what I understand, they can send you to Oklahoma without a full security clearence. I am terminal and from what they said at the PEPC we should expect a class date between Jan and April. Anyhow, I as per my conversation, many of us from KC have been given the green light to HR and I can only assume that things may happen sooner than later. But, you never know.

There are several of us from PUBNAT1 and even LAST YEAR'S announcements that have been tentatively cleared.... but we're steal sitting at home by the phone.
 
So, I have yet to get that email asking about prior military service....anyone else who hasnt got it.......

-Im debating how soon Im going to call and check up on things...Im thinking maybe late next week or early the following week.....

I didn't get it either. I don't know why its necessary since it was asked at least twice... once on the initial application, then again on the SF85/86.
