Jet fighters chase small plane in Washington area before it crashes in Virginia (Citation OA9-ISP)

Sounds like typical south Florida Corpie ops

“Hefner, MacDonald and McBride started an aircraft charter business in Florida after they met in 2011, but before long relations soured.

MacDonald and McBride claimed they tried to remove Hefner from the company over claims he was appropriating company money.

Florida bankruptcy court records seen by DailyMail.com suggest that McBride, who was once Hefner's neighbor, sold his family home and moved due to fears for his family's safety.

They accused Hefner of 'pointing a gun at MacDonald and threatening the life of both McBride and MacDonald' amid disagreements over the business.'

They also claimed Hefner behaved in a 'threatening and belligerent manner to employees of the business' and that he had failed 'to maintain aircraft to appropriate standards'.

Hefner also testified he transferred ownership of certain aircraft to his own name.”

So...maybe not depressurization at all. Maybe his Oxy RX couldn't get filled, bought some street Oxy and decided to pop it in shortly after takeoff and BLAMMO - fentanyl laced Oxy zaps him and that's all she wrote? This could be a freaking Bosch episode.
Did he hand them out to everyone on board? Why would they take them?

Anytime there's something with what seems like a bunch of people's personal drama and "he said/she said" I kind of tune it out. Could be true, but also could be a bunch of crap.

You didn't tune this one out. You just posted about it.

We all draw different things from a story.

I’m concerned about the guy that didn’t want kids and started dating a childless 47 year old. Or, maybe our pilot is the father.

Ha!

Maybe it's just me but an adult adopting another adult just feels like there's a "cuck chair" involved at some level.
I hear you man. Pineapples make my mouth break out anyway. But T-crafts are just really efficient, pleasant airplanes so it was worth a shot. Daddy.

I really feel like we're excreting a coil on the dead and grieving. But on the other hand, this story - like CK, MkeC, at FedEx, and Boris at UPS - just freaking delivers. And I'm not sure we knew them anyway so....

But this woman - a real estate agent "in the Hamptons" with a "troubled history" somehow finds herself adopted - at age 40 - by multi-billionaires and the next thing she and her daughter are going everywhere in private jets....only to be brought down by an Oxy addicted ex-SWA rageaholic...it's just a Lifetime channel movie. My God. And I thought the writers were on strike - someone's scabbing!

I just have so many non-plane related questions.

Like, as a person of color, the visuals just made my brain itch and pretty cringe.

Maybe I’m hypersensitive because of the effery of the past couple years, but I have a feeling this is going to end up some “made for tv” cringe drama.

It's a bit to tabloid"ie" for me take to take serious at the moment. But if true, it reminds me of the Aaliyah crash.

Sounds kinda heartless. The kid, mother, and nanny seem like genuine people. WGAF if the mother was adopted. Can’t believe some of you are arguing this point about her.

Sad accident. What a tragedy. :(

Humans are complex organisms, we are capable of juggling a variety of emotions at the same time.

I’m pretty sure most of us don’t like fatal crashes.

That said, when events throw me circumstances that make me laugh until I pee a little, it’s not my fault.
