$19 per hour starting minimum wage...

Who can live on that?

At the stations where that's a livable wage, they're all working part time.

If they only give non-union employees a raise, couldn't the unions say that Delta is discriminating against them for being in a union?

Corporate america loves to drop a 3-5% raise for its non-union employees every year. So does Uncle Sam. It's supposedly keeping up with inflation, though it isn't lately. 5% is pretty fair as far as the status quo goes, but it isn't really making anyone whole this year. Long story short, it is certainly not a "raise"

delta dx reapin the benefits too?

Delta has a Me Too clause, so yes they get a raise as well.
