"Hired", But No Start Date

I spoke with a lady today, cannot remember her name but she does the paperwork for the new hires at FSA. She said some people were told they will be starting stands but that is not the case anymore. There are 3 new instructors starting on Monday and they are all in house and FSA is now officially on a hiring freeze until at least the end of next month.
