Food

What kind of food do professional pilots typically eat while out on trips? I know it must change quite a bit from day to day, but do you typically just try to find a McDonalds at your destination city? What kind of foods can pilots pack with them? And finally, could the foods that pilots eat on the road be a contributor to the fact that many pilots don't make it to age 60 retirement?

Just some interesting questions I thought I'd throw out there.

For airline types, a lot of airport terminal and hotel food (for regional guys, it's PB&J, ramen prepared in the hotel room coffee pot, and free saltines from Wendy's).

For corporate/charter/fractional guys, lots of vending machines and leftover catering.
