Flight Scheduling Software

Can anyone tell me what there company uses for flight scheduling software? I'm not really looking for software like a flight school would use, but more like a charter company might use, with the ability to schedule flights, pilots, maintenance, etc.

We use FOS. We have people that are dedicated to scheduling, so us pilots rarely even look at FOS. We have some other software, Omniware I think, that interfaces FOS with Outlook so we can see our own schedule without actually accessing FOS itself.
