If 9E is parking the -200s, then why are they hiring so many new crews? Are you guys getting that many new -900s?

Lets be clear we have hired 3/400. We are parking 200s as the 900s arrive in equal numbers supposedly. At the current rate we will hire 40-80 by years end, or 2-4 months worth of attrition depending on how quickly everyone leaves.

Supposedly four. After the first few days one of the students had a family emmergency come up.

I knew you guys were not having good luck getting new hires. Was just wondering if there were that many pilots leaving right now, or if this was just 117. I can't imagine why anyone would go there.

Slowed down for the moment, but that's because of holidays. Mesaba flows start soon, plus Jetblue is taking more guys.

117 is a concern why we want to hire but 117 isnt a drop everything moment and hire.
