to Endeavor. Marketing strategies are being developed to better expose candidates to the changes that have
occurred and the positive direction that Endeavor is headed. These efforts will include social media, job fairs,
email blasts, FBO visits, alliances with colleges and universities as well as longer term strategies that the
industry is developing in cooperation with the RAA. Endeavor leadership is on the committee that will explore
and develop these opportunities. We will continue to update employees on our progress."
When this fails, we can go back to parking airplanes as fast or faster than pilots leave the company.

We have some ... news! Endeavor Air is trying to hire pilots and failing!
Endeavor Air wants to hire 400 pilots throughout the
course of 2014! We won't. Endeavor Air is partnered with Delta Air Lines
as their throw away airline. This extends us a historically poor opportunity to
keep any flying. Normally a wholly owned is pumped up and sold but
no one is buying.
Our forecasted attrition from our partnership with Delta Air Lines
allows opportunities for movement within Endeavor Air as our current
pilots advance to Delta. Mostly they advance anywhere but Delta but that
means we've already lost 1/3 of our pilot group. A career with Endeavor Air doesn't
provide a road map for career progression to Delta Air Lines, just ask our
pilots (ones still employed).
Pilots for Endeavor Air experience state of the art classroom training
that incorporates a high level of systems and automation incorporated
from day one of training. Endeavor Air operates a modern fleet of CRJ
aircraft with pilot bases in Detroit, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and New York.
In addition to retaining an unspecified number of our existing CRJ-200
aircraft, we are currently taking delivery of an additional 40 new
CRJ-900 aircraft over the next 14 months. We may not be able to
staff either unless you apply, we're giving extra points to anyone that
brings a friend.

partially reset the rest of the regional industry. By then you'll have found a
