So after receiving the "your application is scheduled for review in 2 days" email, I got the "thanks but no thanks" email. Of course, they did not say why. They did say I could reapply in 90 days, which I intend to do. I'm trying to figure out what I can do to make myself more marketable at that time. Right now I'm instructing, CFI/CFII/MEI, Bachelor's degree, ATP (121) written, 1st class medical, and flight times when I applied were 1630TT/109 multi. I anticipate having 200+ multi and an ATP certificate in the next 2 months. Any suggestions what more I can do to earn an interview? What were some people's flight times when they interviewed? I interview with 1040TT/140ME and got the offer...must have been a paperwork error (only speculation)

No, it wasn't that. I'm obsessive about paperwork, my application was perfect. I had 2 other people check it for errors too. I wish it was something that simple.

I just received my official driving record today in preperation for my interview. In 2003 I have a "surchargeable accident" listed. I did not disclose this on my airlineapps. Any opinion on if I should call and tell them about it before I show up?

I didn't put it on airlineapps because they ask for citations, and this was't one.

I don't want to get sent home for something dumb like this.

If your in doubt, give them a call. Disclose everything, that way you have no worries about skeletons being in the closet come interview time.

did you ever find out what happend? Did they call you back? Sounds like your the perfect canidate . . . anyone else interview you?

No, never heard from them again. However, Eagle recruiters are coming to my flight school in a few weeks so I'll talk with them then. I have a Mesaba/Colgan interview next week.
 
Got the "you have 2 days to update your airlineapps" 2 days ago. Pins and Needles.

I'm worried about the 10 year address history as I was in the military for the majority of that 10 years, and between deployments and schools I had several addresses so I only listed the addresses I used for home of record while in the military. Is this a fatal error?

I was going to change it last night and a friend of mine told me not to, but just disclose it in the interview. I'm worried because I know they're looking for consistency. I was in the military though, not like I was a hardened criminal. lol. Can someone put my mind at ease about this??

I would say do your best to have all your addresses indicated. The 10 year educational, address, and work history from what I have been told is more of a formality.
 
Just talked to Ms. Cluck to set up the interview for the 27th.

Submitted my Application Friday Night (6/10)
2 day email Monday(6/13) at 8:44 am
Interview Email Wednesday(6/15) 9am

Fingers are crossed for the interview.

Anyone else going on the 27th? This thread hasnt been as active as it was in the past.
 
i called and got voicemail. awaiting a call back. i'll probably just call them back tomorrow morning. i'll be shooting for the 27th.
