Eagle Interview

To all those who I sent the Eagle gouge to. I just had another request, and I just realized I don't have the gouge on my laptop its at home on my desktop. I prob will go home again until done with school. for those who have used it, and interviewed with it If someone would be willing to post here offering to send it to the next group, I'm sure they would be very thankful.
thanks

If someone needs the aforementioned gouge let me know. I will be happy to email you a copy.

His gouge is great!

I received a "soft" offer (waiting on capt. board/background checks/etc). All of the interviewers told us they were pilots. Very relaxed. Make sure you know jepp charts. Seems like a great place to work with great people. 1st class on both flights to/from interview. Overall great experience!

Two people got sent home--one for sim and the other I'm not sure. Any questions pm me.

Does anybody know Eagle's stance on electronic logbooks? Mine's digital and I plan to have it printed and bound before my interview. Will that be a problem, or should I get a big paper logbook and transfer the times to that?

Question for you guys.

Back in 2006, I failed my private pilot multi-engine add-on (oral portion, however it is still labeled as a practical test failure) two times before passing the practical test. I have passed every checkride on the first try ever since. Will Eagle look down upon this or will it actually help show an improvement in work ethic/knowledge/skill?

I'm getting paranoid about this interview...

You'll do just fine. Just disclose it, be honest, be yourself.

Remember if you failed the same checkride twice, it is considered as 2 checkride failures. Make sure it is disclosed accordingly.

I haven't interviewed yet, but you should be ok since it's already on airlineapps and they called you.

Looking forward to hearing good news from you guys on Wednesday evening. Good luck!

Hey guys,

So after receiving the "your application is scheduled for review in 2 days" email, I got the "thanks but no thanks" email. Of course, they did not say why. They did say I could reapply in 90 days, which I intend to do. I'm trying to figure out what I can do to make myself more marketable at that time. Right now I'm instructing, CFI/CFII/MEI, Bachelor's degree, ATP (121) written, 1st class medical, and flight times when I applied were 1630TT/109 multi. I anticipate having 200+ multi and an ATP certificate in the next 2 months. Any suggestions what more I can do to earn an interview? What were some people's flight times when they interviewed? Thanks, any input is appreciated.
