Problem DNS issues

Only on my iPad on Chrome. I've changed my whole DNS server range too at the router from my Comcast assigned ones to the google ones...no change. I'm an IT guy and I'm stumped....

I knew it!

But then it works when I refresh it and wait 20 seconds...like a chump.

Can you change your DNS severs at the ipad? I'd try that to.
