It makes it a lot harder to find the information the rest of us come here looking for. It's useless. And contrary to popular belief, you can't earn yourself a job by just coming on here and pretending to be nice to everyone.

You're right...if you're just PRETENDING. But if you are sincere you will find many people willing to open doors for you. BTW that's EXACTLY how I got my last job. And I suspect there are many on here with similar stories.
