Are you guys under some corporate directive to interface with the public more often? They're kind of leaning toward that with us.
Much to the chagrin of Bumblebee, yes, the welcome aboard PA is sometimes lacking.It was mentioned in an internal e-mail recently and the puppet master says we'll be hearing more about directives to make us better. Apparently DL did some surveys and that was a weak point among DCI carriers.

On an :18 turn my time for public relations is VERY limited. But on a longer turn, I'll try to say hi, and do some cockpit-to-cabin "Thanks for choosing us" work.
