Dan Gryder

It’s private now. What did we miss?
Well it was just an announcement that his normal sunday video wasnt ready and was going to be pushed to this evening. He said it was going to be about 90 minutes long. I would say he's going to ignore the judgement and not talk about it, but I think he's too "Trumpish" not to.

Narcissists can’t help themselves.

Dan Gryder: "Derrrrrrrr!"

In other News: "Why are people fixated upon 'tards on the Innertubes?" Film at 11.

In other News on the "Alternative Facts Network(s)": "Dan Gryder goes FULL TRUMP in response to lawsuit." Film at 11. (Hint: NEVER go full Trump.)

Gives one a modicum of hope that this suit was filed and adjudicated in Texas. Until one realized that Texas always protects "it's own", whatever the heck THAT means these days.

Basically he made fun of AOPA and EAA and that guy that made the video about the case. Said it wasnt his fault he didn't show. Is going to appeal and teased a bunch of evidence he has.

it's never his fault. personal responsibility 101.

Kind of sounds familiar doesn’t it?

“A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete & will be presented by me at a major News Conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week in Bedminster, New Jersey. Based on the results of this CONCLUSIVE Report, all charges should be dropped against me & others – There will be a complete EXONERATION! They never went after those that Rigged the Election. They only went after those that fought to find the RIGGERS!”

We all know that Trump cancelled his MAJOR NEWS CONFERENCE, because it’s never the narcissists fault, blame is always shifted. No way they’re going to admit their own failings.

My guess is that Gryder will do a Trump and cancel his big reveal of all of that EVIDENCE, perhaps citing legal counsel (which he likely doesn’t still retain after having his initial team bail over failure to pay), and hope that his followers help him make the episode all fades away. I’m sure there will be plenty of questions about when he’s going to provide all of that evidence in the most amazing video to ever be published on Youtube.

Dan is a sad little man, I don't know why he has the support and following he does. Look at how @MikeD profiles accidents in his write up then watch a Dan Gryder video. The guy talks just to talk and fill in air time is my take away from several videos.

My ideal system is that of you get enough people bidding to avoid, pro standards automatically gets involved to figure out what’s going on. Give them a chance to fix the issues, if they refuse it goes to the company.
I mean in non-flying airline jobs, I can tell you if there is a ramper, CS agent, ops agent, etc that has a line of people refusing to work with them, it is investigated and sometimes results in a dismissal, but at minimum, it results in a sit-down discussion with management. And these people aren't flying the damned planes.

The only thing I remember about this guy was a really well made video about stall/AOA?
You mean the video in which he, himself, accidentally stalled?

Reminds me of Jerry explaining how a 45 degree bank angle and a 20 degree pitch down angle is a totally "ok" and "norma"l way to exit the clouds with less than 1000 feet between the plane and the ground. This is normal 'cause he said so on YouTube.

Or how asking a sovereign state's Secretary of State for 11,780 votes is "normal. This is "normal, 'cause he said so on national TV. Let's not even consider the aggressive "hint" that if the 11780 votes didn't show up, federal prosecution "might" follow. There's nothing to see here. Move along ... but as you move along, don't forget to holler and yelp about how the libtards are weaponizing the Justice Department.

Everything is "normal" these days. Abusive parents are "normal" to the children who experience abuse. Those children have no context by which to judge normalcy.

Abused citizens who have no constitutional context by which to judge think coup d'etats are "normal".

It DOESN'T work that way?

What's the point then?

Getting hired at a major seems to be all about "does this person fit the culture and is someone who will work well with everyone else here since they'll be here for (probably) a few decades."

Having a long bid avoid list seems to be the surest indication that the hiring board screwed up that evaluation.

With all of the mergers from the last 30 years, Delta, American, United (and even Southwest) are a mash-up of various pilot groups. The cultures don't always mesh.

Also, with each 121 carrier I have worked for, only FOs were/are allowed to avoid flying with certain captains. I would venture to guess that the majority of the captains that are avoided are more seniors; they were hired long before present day hiring boards were in place.
