Cover Letter and Resume

Anybody have any suggestions for airline 121 style cover letters and resumes? I've got the APC resume, which I really like the format of, but I'm not sure what information to include in the cover letter. If the Resume has all your times and qualifications should that be left out of the cover letter?

I had the impression that cover letters were tailored to the specific job sought and would emphasize those aspects of your resume applicable to the position whereas the resume had your whole enchilada info-wise.

Of course, my opinion may be worth what you paid for it. :laff:
