Corporate Culture Not Good In Aviation

Interesting. . .and a tad bit cryptic. Is this viewpoint being made comparing 121 to 135? 135 to 91K? The "public?" Semantics I am sure as the "public" I thought flew 121 vice 135 if you understand what I mean.
Intentionally cryptic to protect some of the guilty. Think of the public as anyone in any sort of for-hire situation. Just know that there are multiple (and very different) levels of safety among air carriers.

Have you been beaten by the sales dept, while the plane was ready to roll and suddenly an email pop's to STOP the flight we not going, what a waste of flight planning time and frustration.
NO sales dept in a Part 91...apple....orange...hence the 91/135 split request!

If the time you spend flight planning for a flight that never happens causes you frustration, you seriously need to get out of aviation all together!

I’m trying just stuck due to financial sheets!

Also I’m glad seeing the real world which civilians (non-avgeeks) are not even aware… but; I can’t continue have to get outta here from ops Zoo. 🤐

I’m trying to make this forum informative and interesting with some real in and out stories but Jammers are keep on jamming 😒

Hate to break it to everyone, but management culture outside of aviation pretty much blows as well.

x2 in academia. I’ve seen them say they’re all for the downtrodden while firing everyone after a successful union election.

The only shot you have at finding some kind of stable, well liked work environment is that an outfit that is long term generational ownership that also actively manages. I’m not talking about work from home and the 2 days you’re in the office they have free massages and heated twinkies, but someplace you can spend a whole career because they treat their people right.

No guarantee there either. Plenty of toxic places there as well.

Being a dispatcher for a small airline that operates between the same cities repeatedly can be a unique experience. While the routine nature of the flights may offer a sense of predictability, it also requires a high level of attention to detail and precision to ensure the safety and efficiency of each journey. The job may involve closely monitoring weather conditions, coordinating with various departments, and making critical decisions to keep the operation running smoothly. While the job may lack the element of variety that comes with different destinations, it can provide a deep understanding of the specific routes and challenges that come with flying between the same cities regularly.

**p.p.s. I make the airplanes go up and down and do not dispatch them in real life**

Well same thing every week. Ok every month.. damn a whole year? What attention to detail you talking about as I said it's every day same sheet.. You not going to even look at it.. Just copy paste and throw the flight plan

Think like a repeating human pov.
