Colgan fatigue policy?

No good deed goes unpunished... I've learned that lesson.

Used to answer my phone... used to help out. Used to care.
I wish i still did all of the above.

If you try to help them out, it will burn you, so.. don't do it. just call it as it is, and go home.

+1

Ha.....after we passed in the jetway tonight, I was into hour 13 already.

Then, we're descending on the approach at our destination (now well into hour 14) I received an ACARS saying they might send us to ALB when we're finished. Um, yeaaah.....I don't think so! This makes two days in a row w/ 15+ hour duty days and, as you can well imagine, I only had the 'required rest' last night. No way I was going to ALB tonight after two days like that.

In fact, now that I've finally made the hotel, I'm gonna wind down for a couple minutes and it's lights out. Nothing seems to change......

Ain't that the truth. I got some days I need off coming up this year, and I'm pretty certain PBS isn't gonna help me out on that front. So, when they extended me into my day off this week, I figured "Well, I need the comp day anyway, and I'm done at 13:30. Not too bad." WRONG. Delayed outta OMA which was gonna make me miss the DH home which meant I wouldn't get back until AFTER the base manager left (banker's hours here in MEM for base management, it would seem) and I wouldn't be able to do the "meeting" for the fatigue call over a week ago to get my $$$$.
