HA!!! But would you REALLY be surprised if they did? Hell, they probably ALREADY did, but SHHH----its a secret (we'll just tell these poor OTS applicants that we are really busy and it will take some time to get to them)

I can just hear it now...
 
For those going to Enroute it is the 11th and 12th of August (the Monday and Tuesday) for the PEPC. No exact location as of yet though. In the email from Teri, my husband was told that we had until July 27th to respond, so I would assume you won't hear until after that, but I could be wrong!
 
I bet they keep it cause they are still hiring after the fiscal year. You just won't have a start date until after FY09 begins.
 
So I called brenda yesterday.... who is supposed to be coordinating chicago pepc?? and she is out of town til august 4th and her voicemail said if you had questions to call vickie... so i called vickie... and vickie has an invalid number. :banghead: you guys have any contact numbers??
 
Why do you all think just because there are no available class dates the rest of the process is coming to a stand still? Do you really think they would be posting new announcements if that were the case? (HI, AK). They are just waiting for the FY09 to put people in classes, they're not talking about stopping the whole process.

And even if they do, there's not much we can do about it. Hopefully those of us from PUBNAT2 will get geopref emails this week to dispell any rumors that the whole office has left for good....
 
PEPC or no PEPC, I'm gonna be in Chicago from the 12th to the 16th :buck:

I'm sure it will still happen. We won't get confirmation until about 2 weeks before we have to leave, just like NY and MEM.

Like I said before--I've got 20 bucks on the 28th of July as the first day we get our confirmations from Terri.
 
So I was waiting at the crosswalk this morning and started talking to this cyclist... he happened to be at Hooter's yesterday and upon talking to the waitress found at that her sister was just at her Gyno yesterday morning and they were talking and that the Gyno was just at a convention last Friday and was chatting with the bartender at her convention about various things and this whole thing came up. Well, the bartender indicated that his dope dealer had adopted a dog from one of the HR people at the FAA and is under the impression that we have nothing to be concerned about at this time.

FYI.. I left out one part... The dope dealer found this out after doing some shrooms and having a conversation with the dog, who evidently gave him the low down on what's going on... but I didn't put that in there because I wanted it to remain credible.
 
Thanks for the digits... had a document question... her voicemail said "if you are calling about the Chicago PEPC, notifications will be sent out in the next few days............. which means monday next week im sure
 
I think I am going to get personalized plates that say FEBOTS. I realize no one will know what that means, but they don't need to!

I already checked and it's available (shocker I know :p)

It's kind of like putting those personalized love license plates (i.e JL heart RC)
Fun while you have it, until you break up...

Imagine driving around with "FEBOTS" after you washed out... that would be last thing I'd ever want to see.
