My name is Charlene Sade and I am a Human Resource Specialist in the Human
Resource Management Division, Aviation Careers Division in Oklahoma City
for the Federal Aviation Administration. We manage the centralized hiring
process for air traffic controllers.
You have been identified for an interview for a terminal air traffic
controller position. A representative from the Air Traffic Organization
will be contacting you to schedule an interview.
Attached are forms which need to be filled out and faxed to this office as
soon as possible. (1) Applicant Contact Information form; (2) OF-306,
Declaration for Federal Employment; and (3) FAA Form 3300-9, Record of
Family Relationship. Please fax these documents to me at 405-954-7902.
Once you complete your interview and, if you are recommended for hire, you
will receive a tentative job offer which will include the facility you have
been assigned.
