Chelton EFIS


Anyone know anything about it in terms of idiosyncracies. That'll be my first real experience with glass (other than a couple of twinstar flights with the G1000, and Garmin 430, and 530 with waas)?
Well I know a woman who put it in her Experimental Lightning aircraft. We warned her about letting the manufacturer wire it, but she didn't listen to us. Now it has been over two years and the thing still doesn't work right.
Just hope it doesnt come unplugged. An LAB(figures it was them) aircraft was down by Petersburg when the system came unplugged and the screens went blank.:panic:
